Unlock Hard difficulty:
Finish the game in the normal difficulty setting.
Unlock Insane difficulty:
Finish the game in the hard difficulty setting.
Unlock ending picture and credits:
Finish the game on easy, normal, hard, very hard mode to see a
special picture at the end of the credits featuring the Ouendan team.
